A very merry christmas 2013

I can't believe Christmas has come & gone!
Christmas has never been one of my absolute favorite holidays, but this year that all changed and i think  that's because I got to see Christmas through Callie's eyes.

We started our Christmas at mom mom. & grandad's house/ Dan's side of the family in Fredericksburg, VA.

Who knew Williams- Sonoma would have the worlds  best hot chocolate! Highly recommended!!!

Photo shoot with my bean before Christmas Eve service.

Love this girl more than words can explain! (Thanks Dan for capturing this moment).

My World!

At Christmas Eve Service. Callie loved the candles. and kept telling us that they were " haawtt hawwt".  In English hot.
" The children were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads."

Yummy little Christmas eve cocktail! ( mine of course was a virgin)

After Callie was tucked in her bed, Santa and his elves ( brookie) were hard at work putting together  Callie's new kitchen! :)
Playing Santa is so much fun!!!!!!!!!

Daddy sharing the news with Callie that Santa had came!

Callie loves  playing in the kitchen with me while I'm preparing meals, so I decided to make this Christmas a kitchen themed Christmas.

Mom mom and Grandad bought Callie the Mercedes of kids kitchens.  Seriously how awesome is this kitchen?  I wish they sold it in my size!

She was in heaven!

Trying out her new puzzle.

Callie giving mom mom and grandad their Christmas gift from her.

This year i bought Dan tickets to visit his brother in California. He was super excited, hence the golf pose, sunglasses and California republic shirt. :)

I thought he might need a little man/brother time before baby girl # 2 makes her arrival in March.

Im not sure who was more excited Christmas morning. My heart was beating a mile a minute watching Callie's face light up as we opened presents with her, there is nothing better than seeing Christmas through your child's eyes.

Daddy bought her the sweetest little tea set!
We have had an afternoon tea party's daily since Christmas!

After a wonderful Christmas with the Littlefield's we headed back to northern virginia to celebrate/spend christmas evening with my family. Do you recognize these reindeer beers? Yes I made them for everyone this year!

Callie has this new obsession with Elmo. So ma-maw hit the jackpot this year and bought Callie her very own Elmo.
