Masters Sunday

Masters Sunday is a big day here at the littlefield household. Our little family of four all dressed in green and enjoyed a day full of golf. This year Bubba Watson took the title from Adam Scott.
My goal for years to follow is to hold an annual Masters Sunday party. Everything would be green and golf related! So much fun!!! I can't wait!

Cherry blossoms 2014

Over the course of the last few years I have been hearing so much rave over the cherry blossoms in DC. This year I decided I wanted to go see what all the talk was about.
Last Thursday Emma and I packed up our troupes and headed out for an amazing day in DC. We truly could not have asked for better weather. Our day was jammed packed with fun including a ferris wheel ride, multiple elevator trips, a picnic under the breath taking cherry blossoms and tons of sight seeing! It was defiantly a day to remember.
We decided to take the metro due to the volume of cars and people in the city, little did we know that elevator access for our strollers made things extremely challenging when it came to maneuvering around DC. Next year we will fight the crowds and drive in.

Lucas and Callie in big red.
They loved the ferris wheel.

Enjoying a cookie while taking in the views.

Picnic.

Blessed beyond belief.

The cutest little boy I've ever seen!

Our little ones all fell asleep so we decided to make a pit stop by the white house.
Callie woke up to check it out.

Getting into the Easter spirit.

Who doesn't love dying and decorating eggs? Last Thursday we got together with our best buddies and started to celebrate easter, which is quickly approaching us by decorating( breaking) a few eggs.
Easter is one of my favorite holidays and I believe is one of the most important days of the year. I know Callie and Taylor are a little to young to understand the real meaning behind why we celebrate this monumental day but I still plan to start teaching them while  par taking in fun traditions.  This year I bought Callie a few books to go into her Easter basket that explain what easter is. I'm super excited to read them to both her and Taylor for many years to come.
Here are a few pictures from our fun day.
